Designer Embroidery by Sharon Policies

Orders:
Once your order is received, you will receive an order confirmation via email. To check on the status of your order (or if you require additional information) please call 1-662-436-3638 or email orders@designerembroidery.net and reference your order by name.

Because each order is specific to you, a mockup/proof will be created and sent to you. It must be approved before it will be sewn. I do my best to complete orders within 48 hours of the approval.

Pickup and delivery in north Mississippi is possible. If shipping is preferred (or required), a shipment confirmation will be sent via email when the order is shipped.

Orders may be delayed for a variety of unforeseen reasons. Designer Embroidery by Sharon will contact you via email or phone when delays occur.

No international orders accepted. I only ship within the United States.

Shipping Rates:
To provide the most cost-effective shipping charges, shipping charges are not calculated in advance. Each order is individually weighed and shipping charges are based on the selected carrier's current shipping tables. Insurance can be added upon request. No handling fee will be added to the cost of shipping your order. If you would like to know the shipping charges in advance, please add to your comments and I will email you before processing your order.

Sales Tax:
7.25% sales tax will be added to all orders.

Forms of Payment:
I accept major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed when your order ships. Credit card charges are made securely off-line. Money orders, cashier's checks and personal checks are also accepted. Orders are processed upon receipt of payment. Personal checks must clear the bank before your order is shipped.

Discounts:
Loyalty discounts are available by liking and sharing Designer Embroidery by Sharon Facebook page, authorizing your order to be used as part of the advertising for Designer Embroidery by Sharon and orders received by referring Designer Embroidery by Sharon to others.

Returns:
All returns must be pre-approved by Designer Embroidery by Sharon within 2 weeks of the invoice date by calling Designer Embroidery by Sharon or emailing orders@designerembroidery.net. Once your request has been received, you will be contacted with instructions for sending back the item(s). You must package any item(s) being returned as it was delivered to you.

Designer Embroidery by Sharon will replace or repair, at my sole discretion, any product that is deemed defective.

You will be notified via email of your refund once it has been received and processed. Shipping costs are refunded only if the return is a result of Designer Embroidery by Sharon error. Please allow up to 15 days for your credit to be posted to your account.

Product Warranties:
You are entitled to the manufacturer's limited express warranty, if any, that accompanies the product. Designer Embroidery by Sharon makes no additional or independent warranty. All other warranties, express or implied, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are disclaimed. Designer Embroidery by Sharon/Sharon Simpson shall under no circumstances be liable for special, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of profit. The maximum liability for all direct damages, if any, arising out of any action shall be limited to an amount not to exceed the purchase price of the product.

Website Errors and Omissions:
Designer Embroidery by Sharon makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information published on this website. All documents and graphics are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

Personal Information:
Designer Embroidery by Sharon uses the latest encryption technology to keep your personal information safe. All your ordering information -- including your name, address, and credit card number -- is encrypted using a secure server for maximum security. Credit card transactions are handled off line and not through the Internet.

Designer Embroidery by Sharon will never disclose the information it collects to outside parties. It is strictly used to process your order. By using this web site, you consent to the collection and use of this information by Designer Embroidery by Sharon only.
