  • Can I change the colors in a graphic I found here?
    Yes - I have over 100 colors to fill your needs.
  • Are these all of yout stock graphics?
    Absolutely not. These a just a sample.
  • What size are the graphics?
    Graphics are generally 3" - 4" wide.
    All graphics can be resized.
  • If I have a graphic can you embroider it?
    I can turn any graphic into an embroidery file.
    Fee depends on the size and number of colors.
  • How much do the graphics cost?
    Most graphics are $10.
    Larger files depend on the size.

Items

  • Can I bring my item to be embroidered?
    Certainly - I can purchase items for you or you can bring your own.
  • Do you carry your merchandise in stock?
    No - There are too many options available to stock them all.
  • How long does it take for items to come in or be handmade?
    Most blank items are available in 2 - 3 days,
    See-to-Sew, handmade and blank embroidered items in 5 - 7 days.
  • Can you embroider on any item?
    I have frames to accomodate most items.
    It depends on the flat surface available.

  • Can I place an order from this website?
    Not yet. An order page will be added soon.
  • Is there a way to see what my embroidery will look like before it is sewn?
    Each order is specific to you, a mockup/proof will be sent to you to be approved before sewimg.
  • How long does it take to have an order filled?
    Most embroidery is complete in under 48 hours.
    See-to-Sew, handmade and item orders are completed in 5 - 7 days.
  • What about shipping and returns?
    Pickup and delivery in northeast MS is possible.
    All returns must be pre-approved within 2 weeks of delivery.
